Dossie Privacy Policy

Introduction

Dossie (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a video saving and organisation platform. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data across all Dossie products including our web app and Chrome extension.

What we collect

• •Board names, notes and tags you create
• •Basic usage data to improve the service

Chrome Extension

The Dossie Chrome extension accesses Instagram and TikTok pages solely to detect and save videos you explicitly choose to save. It does not scrape, read or transmit any other data from those sites. It does not track your browsing activity.

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide and improve Dossie. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or use it for any purpose other than running the service.

We use the following trusted services to operate Dossie:

Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry standard security practices to protect your information.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account all associated data is permanently removed.

Children's privacy

Dossie is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
